Lee with Southern Elite Air responded to my call within 5 minutes at the end of the day yesterday. My AC went out, it was extremely hot inside my home for me and my 2 little dogs. Sarah arranged for Lee to come over within minutes of my call. His positive attitude and problem solving skills were outstanding which exceeded my expectations. I was treated with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, exceptional service in every way. Lee's company went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction was evident throughout the process, Excellent Service, I am now a loyal customer for life. Absolutely impressed by the knowledge and customer service. First time we used Southern Elite Air was when our compressor went out on a weekend, they answered our call and Lee was out right away and fixed our problem. We now have them do our monthly maintenance and the service is still the same, excellent! Lee and his wife are very professional and kind. Highly recommend to everyone.

We had Lee come by to check our unit, due to breaker keeped tripping. I tell you what his work n service is the Best. He found the solution to the problem. He installed a Quick Start to the unit. This had eliminated the breaker from tripping. We payed a lot of money to Airworks for our unit. Know we will save on energy cost n a longer life to the compressor. Absolutely incredible. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Not only did he respond to my house within an hour but it was also at 7pm. He was very professional and explained everything before making repairs. Cost was all up front. No surprises! Very reasonably priced for the time of day and response time. Lee & Sarah are a godsend!! Trying to sell my mother’s house from over 400 miles away. Her water system had sprayed salt water on the outside unit. After Lee inspected and provided pictures of the damage, it was determined the only fix was to replace the unit. In less than 5 days after paying for it Lee had it replaced. If you need work done on your AC or need to have your system replaced this is the company to call.
